Belén López se alza con el Desplante, el premio de baile flamenco más importante del mundo Belén López, bailaora de flamenco habitual en Tablao Flamenco Cordobes Barcelona, se ha alzado este año con el Desplante,  el trofeo de baile flamenco más importante del mundo otorgado en el Festival Internacional de Cante de las Minas. El galardón está dotado con 9.000 euros y le fue entregado tras una brillante actuación en la que ejecutó un taranto y una farruca de forma impecable. Público y jurado no pudieron más que rendirse ante sus tacones que pisaban con fuerza y talento las tablas del Cante de las Minas por primera vez. La bailaora tarraconense ha declarado que este premio supone una alegría y una emoción muy grande, un reconocimiento a muchísimas horas de esfuerzo y dedicación desde que empezó a bailar con sólo tres años. Belén López and Lucía Campillo, regular dancers in Tablao Flamenco Cordobes, have made a space for themselves towards the semifinal of Cante de las Minas International Festival, de world's most important flamenco competition.   This festival is a contest celebrated yearly in La Unión, its first edition was in 1961. For the selection of the contenders, 8 events have taken place in the cities of Valladolid, Sagunto, Madrid, Granada, Albacete, Torrevieja and Viator (Almería). The jury, formed by experts of renown prestige , have selected a total of 25 contenders distributed into 4 categories:  Sing (Lámpara Minera and 15.000 euros), Guitar (Bordón and 6.000 euros), Dance (Desplante and 9.000 euros) and Flamenco Instrumentalist. In the dance category, one of the 6 contenters selected has been the dancer Belén López. Born in Tarragona, she made her professional debut with only 5 years during the inauguration of Carmen Amaya Street in Barcelona. Farruquito wins the prize as Best Male Dancer for "Los Farruco y los Amaya" a Tablao Flamenco Cordobes production TABLAO FLAMENCO CORDOBES - BARCELONA 21st OF MARCH 2016 Juan Manuel Fernández Montoya "Farruquito" is the winner of the Best Male Dancer award for "Los Farruco y los Amaya", a Tablao Flamenco Cordobes production, in the Barcelona Critics Award gala that took place in the symbolic old Estrella Damm factory of Barcelona, presented by the journalists Toni Puntí and Anna Pérez Pagès. The prize was handed over by the journalist Carmen del Val and received by the director of the show and Tablao Flamenco Cordobes founder Mr. Luis Adame on behalf of the winner. Farruquito Clausura los actos del 45º Aniversario de Tablao Flamenco Cordobes   BARCELONA 11 de noviembre de 2015 - Los próximos viernes 20 y sábado 21 de Noviembre, Farruquito, acompañado de un elenco de artistas de prestigio internacional como Juana Amaya, Karime Amaya, Pepe Torres y los más relevantes cantaores y guitarristas, convertirán en una catedral de flamenco el escenario del histórico tablao de las Ramblas, para clausurar los actos de su 45 aniversario. El acto estará cargado de simbolismo por la presencia, el sábado 21 de una importante relación de nombres prestigiosos que han dedicado al flamenco muchas horas de dedicación y que han arropado a la Fundación Tablao Cordobés en sus propuestas de exaltación del arte como instrumento social de convivencia. Rubén Olmo y la compañía La Intrusa, Premios Nacionales de Danza 2015 Rubén Olmo, en la modalidad de interpretación, y la compañía La Intrusa, en la de creación, han obtenido este jueves los Premios Nacionales de Danza 2015. Los galardones otorgados por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, están dotados con 30.000 euros cada uno. El jurado ha concedido este premio por mayoría a Rubén Olmo por “su dominio en la interpretación de todos los estilos de la danza española y su versatilidad de registros”. El jurado, además, ha destacado “su identidad como intérprete y la constancia de su dilatada trayectoria, que incluye colaboraciones diversas con otros creadores”. Por su parte, la compañía La Intrusa, ha sido distinguida "por su excelencia en la investigación en la danza contemporánea ahondando en la fisicalidad y poética escénica tan identificativa de sus trabajos”.
